Privacy Policy

Last updated · June 15, 2026

Mikkifuture builds real-time AI presence products with an on-device-first privacy philosophy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have.

Scope

This policy applies to Mikkifuture websites, applications, demos, early-access programs, and related services that link to it. It covers personal information we collect from or about visitors, users, partners, and people who contact us.

Some deployments may be offered through a business customer, event partner, app store, device platform, or other third party. Those parties may have their own privacy terms, and we encourage you to review them before using an integrated experience.

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, product interests, access requests, support messages, survey responses, feedback, and account credentials if accounts are enabled.

If you create or personalize an avatar experience, you may provide preferences such as persona settings, voice selections, display names, language choices, memory preferences, or other configuration details.

Interaction and device data

When you use our products, we may process text, voice, audio, image, video, gesture, gaze, timing, session, and interaction data as needed to deliver real-time conversation, animation, lip sync, spatial rendering, safety features, diagnostics, and support.

We may also receive technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, operating system, app version, crash logs, performance metrics, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers, and how you interact with our website or service.

On-device first

Our goal is to keep the most personal parts of an interaction on your device whenever technically and commercially reasonable. Some features, however, may require server-side processing, cloud model providers, hosting vendors, safety systems, or business integrations.

When data must leave your device, we aim to limit what is sent, use it for the stated purpose, protect it with appropriate safeguards, and retain it only for as long as needed for the service, security, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, debug, and improve Mikkifuture; personalize your experience; respond to requests; manage early access; communicate product updates; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use private conversations to target ads to you. We use conversation or interaction content for product improvement only with appropriate notice, permission, aggregation, de-identification, or other safeguards required by applicable law.

How we share information

We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate the product, including hosting, analytics, communications, customer support, security, payment, cloud model, speech, rendering, and infrastructure providers. They are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, or with your consent or direction.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate accounts, resolve disputes, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and improve the product in a privacy-protective way.

Retention periods vary by data type and feature. For example, support messages may be kept while a request is active, security logs may be kept to protect the service, and deleted account data may take a reasonable period to be removed from backups unless longer retention is required by law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also be able to withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

You can contact us to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some requests may be limited by legal, safety, security, or technical requirements.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure performance, and improve content.

Where required, we will provide controls for non-essential cookies or analytics. Browser settings may also let you block or delete cookies, but some features may not work as intended.

Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet service, device, model, or transmission method is perfectly secure. You should use care when sharing sensitive information and should not share credentials or private access links with others.

Children and teens

Mikkifuture is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Users under the age of majority in their location should use Mikkifuture only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

International use

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including the United States or other locations where we, our vendors, or our partners operate.

When we transfer personal information across borders, we use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Mikkifuture evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting a new effective date, sending an email, or providing an in-product notice.

Your continued use of the service after an updated policy takes effect means you acknowledge the updated policy.

Policy draft notice

This Privacy Policy is a product-policy draft prepared for early public presentation. It is not legal advice and may not satisfy every requirement that applies to Mikkifuture, its users, or its launch markets.

Before relying on this policy as a binding legal document, Mikkifuture should consult qualified counsel to tailor it to the company structure, data flows, vendors, jurisdictions, and product features in production.
