Terms of Service

Mikkifuture Ltd. builds real-time AI presence technology, including expressive avatars, conversational interfaces, spatial rendering, and related tools for people, creators, brands, and partners.

When these terms say “Mikkifuture,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” they refer to Mikkifuture Ltd. and any affiliated team operating the services. When they say “you,” they refer to the person or organization using the services.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your location, to use Mikkifuture. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If accounts, access codes, or partner credentials are provided, you must keep them secure, provide accurate information, and promptly tell us if you believe your access has been compromised.

Mikkifuture may be offered as a website, prototype, waitlist, demo, beta, partner integration, or commercial service. Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued as we learn and improve.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify any feature, model, avatar, interface, or availability region. Early-access and beta features are provided for evaluation and may be subject to additional terms.

Mikkifuture avatars are AI systems, not human beings. They may sound warm, present, expressive, or emotionally intelligent, but they do not have human consciousness, lived experience, legal authority, or professional judgment.

You must not use Mikkifuture to mislead others into believing they are interacting with a specific real person, a human professional, a public figure, or an organization unless you have the necessary rights and clear disclosure is provided.

You may provide text, voice, audio, video, images, persona settings, prompts, feedback, and other materials to the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.

As between you and Mikkifuture, you keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, adapt, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any feature-specific controls.

Mikkifuture and its licensors own the services, software, models, designs, avatars, animation systems, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for content you own or third-party materials.

These terms do not give you ownership of Mikkifuture technology or permission to copy, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, train competing models from, or create derivative services from Mikkifuture except as expressly allowed by us or applicable law.

You may not use Mikkifuture for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, infringing, or unsafe activity. This includes harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, fraud, impersonation, malware, privacy violations, unauthorized surveillance, or attempts to bypass safety systems.

You may not overload, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, access non-public areas, interfere with other users, or use automated extraction methods without written permission.

Mikkifuture is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, or other professional advice. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation.

You must not rely on Mikkifuture as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect a person’s rights, health, safety, finances, employment, education, housing, insurance, legal status, or access to essential services.

We may review reports, investigate suspected misuse, limit certain outputs, suspend accounts, or remove access when necessary to protect users, partners, the public, Mikkifuture, or the integrity of the services.

If you believe the service produced unsafe content, enabled misuse, infringed rights, or created a privacy concern, contact us so we can review and respond.

Mikkifuture may integrate with third-party platforms, models, app stores, devices, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or partner services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party products, content, policies, or failures, except where applicable law says otherwise.

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. We appreciate feedback, but please do not send confidential information unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If paid plans, subscriptions, credits, invoices, or partner agreements apply, payment terms will be presented separately or in an applicable order form. You are responsible for fees, taxes, and accurate billing information.

If you use Mikkifuture on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You may stop using Mikkifuture at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk or harm, failed to pay amounts owed, or if we need to comply with law or protect the services.

We may also terminate inactive, trial, beta, or early-access accounts with reasonable notice where practical.

Mikkifuture is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

You understand that AI and real-time interactive systems are probabilistic and evolving. Outputs may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, offensive, or not fit for your intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikkifuture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, business, or reputation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Mikkifuture for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose or US$100.

These terms are intended as a general public-facing draft and do not yet select a final governing law, venue, arbitration forum, or consumer dispute process. Those choices should be finalized with counsel before commercial launch.

Until a final version is adopted, we will try to resolve concerns informally first. Contact us with enough detail for us to understand and respond to the issue.

We may update these terms as the product, company, law, or market changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice.

If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the services. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are a product-policy draft prepared for early public presentation. They are not legal advice and may not include every clause Mikkifuture needs for its corporate structure, launch countries, product risks, vendor contracts, or commercial model.
